Personal Summary: After growing up in Dallas and training in Houston, Dr Clifford ran the Snowmass (Colorado) clinic for a year before settling in San Diego, raising 2 children and building American Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine into a premier practice. Through the years, Dr Clifford has served as the team physician for multiple high schools, Palomar College, and the San Diego Flash professional soccer club. Dr Clifford has coached youth soccer, softball, and basketball. He personally enjoys almost any athletic activity, off-road and desert riding, as well as studying History and Geneaology.

Dr. Clifford, Orthopedics, treats all general orthopedic conditions in adults, adolescents, and children. He also subspecializes in sports medicine with a focus on arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and the care of athletes of all ages and levels. He is a strong advocate of non-surgical rehabilitation techniques.
 
Dr. Clifford also sees patients at ARC Kyle Plum Creek and ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics.
