Bio

Dr. Saswati Chaudhury is a Family Practice Physician, Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences center, Amarillo, TX, and has worked in urgent care before joining the Seton Family of Doctors at Williamson. Born in India, Dr. Chaudhury completed her undergraduate training and medical school requirements at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital, Assam, India. After completing her education, she practiced in India for a while before moving to the US. Dr. Chaudhury thoroughly enjoys seeing patients from pediatrics to geriatrics because of the diversity of problems that come with the wide age range. Her goal is to help patients obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and her areas of special interest include preventive care and minor office based procedures. Dr. Chaudhury lives in Austin with her husband, son and daughter, and her interests include reading, traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities with family and friends.
