Dr. Briggs is a native Texan, born in Austin. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Texas-Houston Dental Branch in 1998. Dr. Briggs completed a six-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Texas Medical Center in Conjunction with the University of Texas and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
