Viewing Job Openings
When you click the link titled S3 – Seton Self Service to your right, you will be taken to the log in page. You will be asked for your Associate ID and password.
- User Name – Your 6 digit employee ID number
- Password – Your network password. (This is the password you use to enter your Seton computer or e-mail.)
If you have forgotten your password or need it reset, please contact the IS Help Desk at 324-1675 and ask for your network password to be reset.
Once logged in, go to the menu at the left and click Employee Self Service > Recruiting Activities Home > View Job Posting.
By entering through your S3 account, you will be able to see all positions that are posted for internal and external candidates.
Applying for an Open Position
If you decide to apply for a new position, just check the box in front of the position you are interested in applying to and add to your job basket by clicking the button at the bottom of the listing.
You have 45 minutes to complete each section of the application and press the final submit button. If you do not complete within 45 minutes, you will be timed out of the session and all portions completed will be erased. Your application entries will not be saved until you click the final submit button.
You are encouraged to complete your employment history or attach a resume including your Seton work experience.
After you Apply
You may return to your personal employee recruiting pages at any time to view the status of your application or view other opportunities and apply.
