All SETON employees are covered by business travel accident insurance at no cost.

Cafeteria discounts and employee specials available to all employees.

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is available to all full-time, part-time and PRN employees.

Employee Assistance Program/Lifeworks
The Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, brief, solution-oriented therapy at no charge to employees and their family members. All full time and part-time employees are eligible, even if they are not covered by SETON medical insurance.

Employee Health Nurse
The employee health nurse is available to all employees during the week for health and safety issues.

Employee Recognition Programs
Various social events and employee recognition programs are available to all SETON employees.

Long-Term Care Insurance
Full-time/Part-time. Covers custodial care in a home or nursing home setting. Employees may choose to cover self and dependents. Different benefit levels available.

Seton Cove
Provides a focus on spirituality and its implications in health, work, leadership and community for all employees.

Supplemental Term Life Insurance
Employees have the option to purchase supplemental life insurance for self, spouse, and/or dependents.

Tuition Reimbursement
Full-time/Part-time. SETON provides tuition reimbursement of up to $2000 per fiscal year for eligible employees, tuition/books and fees reimbursement at accredited institution.

Worker's Compensation
Worker's compensation is provided by SETON for employees with a work-related injury or illness.
