SEEDS is offered to provide enrichment and developmental opportunities for Seton Clinical Educators and others serving in education roles, with tools and resources to facilitate life-long learning, in order to support clinical excellence.

November 15th - Measuring the Outcomes of Nursing Professional Development: A Webinar Provided by Creative Health Care Management presented by Gen Guanci
1.0 Clinical Ladder Professional Development/Leadership education hours will be provided to that attend the entire session. 
Register is SLC using search code: CHCM (held simultaneously at various sites! Make sure to register at the site of your choice). 

November 26th - Multidisciplinary Rounds: Engagement through Education presented by Elaina Diaz, MSN, RN and Maria Tappan MSN, RNC
1. To compare & contract three roles and responsibilities of multidisciplinary team members
2. Explain the purpose of the pre-huddle and its impact on multidisciplinary rounding
3. Summarize how multidisciplinary rounds (MDR) can engage the patient during the bedside round and how multidisciplinary input can facilitate communication. 

This educational activity will provide 1.0 contact hours for nurses upon successful completion.
