Purpose of this activity: 

To enhance the assessment and documentation skills of the neonatal ICU RN in the area of neonatal oral feeding by addressing recent changes in feeding models in an effort to improve continuity of care as evidenced by improved assessment of feeding readiness cues and feeding technique, improved documentation and optimal weight gain in infants.
