Overview:
The Breastfeeding Management workshop is designed for healthcare professionals to promote and support breastfeeding by providing essential information.
This workshop is provided by The Texas Department of State Health Services in cooperation with Seton Family of Hospitals.
Program content:
Advantages of breastfeeding,composition of human milk, anatomy of breastfeeding, nutrition, latch-on and positioing, common problems impacting breastfeeding, pumping, medications and lactation.
