U.S. News and World Report Recognizes Seton Hospitals

Five of the best hospitals right here at Seton

U.S. News & World Report's highly regarded list of Best Hospitals and Best Children's Hospitals for 2013-14 included five Seton Family of Hospitals sites, ranking top four among 33 acute care hospitals for adults in the Austin metro area. Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas ranked nationally for the second year in a row.

"Only about 15 percent of hospitals are recognized for their high performance as being among their region’s best. Just 3 percent of all hospitals earn a national ranking in any specialty," according to Avery Comarow, U.S. News Health Rankings Editor.


Best Children's Hospitals - Urology 2013-14

Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas ranked No. 41 among 179 U.S. children's hospitals assessed nationwide in the specialty of pediatric urology.

Best Regional Hospitals - Austin, TX Recognized in 9 Specialties 2013-14

Seton Medical Center Austin ranked No. 1 among 33 acute care hospitals for adults in the Austin metro area and recognized for high performance in the following specialties:
