Yvonne VanDyke is the vice president of Nursing Education, Practice and Research and the administrator of the Clinical Education Center at Brackenridge. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the education, professional development, practice and research activities for more than 3,000 nurses employed by Seton.

Prior to joining Seton in 2006, Yvonne was executive dean for Austin Community College's 14 health careers programs. She has published in several peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to nursing textbooks and made numerous presentations. She is also a site visitor for the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission and holds membership in a number of professional nursing and community service organizations. Yvonne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A & M University and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin.
