Sister Teresa George, DC, president and chief operating officer of Dell Children's Medical Center, has served in a leadership role of Seton's Children's Health Ministry since 2005. She worked in health care financial management for more than 15 years at a variety of Daughter of Charity facilities including University Medical Center Brackenridge, Seton Northwest, DePaul Health Center in St. Louis, Centro San Vicente in El Paso and DePaul Family Center in San Antonio. Prior to joining the Daughters of Charity, she began her professional career as an auditor for Price Waterhouse in San Antonio.

Sr. Teresa is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, holds a masters degree in Public Administration from New York University, a master's in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University - New Orleans, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.

Sr. Teresa currently serves on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Austin, is an avid volunteer with Austin Habitat for Humanity, and serves on the Finance Council for Ascension Health. In addition, Sr. Teresa, a Daughter of Charity for more than 25 years, has served on numerous committees for the Daughters of Charity, and currently serves on their Finance Council.
