Dr. Jesudass has worked as a solo Internal Medicine Physician for an underserved community at Luling, TX. He has also served in the role of Chief of Staff and Medical Director for Seton Edgar B Davis Hospital. He has been the Clinic Director for the Paul Bass Clinics at the University Medical Center, Brackenridge before working as the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Medical Director for Seton Medical Center Austin. His work involved helping physicians improve the patient satisfaction scores and successfully implement policies to help maintain Joint Commission accreditation . His current role is as the Physician Executive for the employed physicians at Seton Healthcare Network and executive responsibility for the Chronic Disease Clinics.
He was born in Bangalore, India and studied at the Christian Medical College, Vellore, after which he attended Texas Tech for his IM residency. There, he was the Chief Resident, and was selected as the Resident of the Year by medical students from the five campuses of Texas Tech. He also was chosen as "Best Resident" by his peers and the faculty.
His interests include helping staff to find meaning and rejuvenation at work and helping to improve the patient experience in the hospital.
