Magdalena Belury joined Seton in 1989 and has served as a staff nurse, charge nurse and preceptor in Neonatal Intensive Care. She also served as education coordinator, clinical nursing manager and director of the internal float pool for Seton Premiere Staffing, providing staffing support to clinical areas across the network. Belury has led the redesign, standardization and inter-rater reliability of acuity criteria in Seton’s electronic acuity system. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin and also holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Informatics.
