Dr. Jim Lindsey has been the Seton Family’s chief medical officer for more than 20 years, following 13 years in the private practice of pulmonary medicine. Board certified in internal and pulmonary medicine, he is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and member of many professional physician organizations. He serves as an ex officio member of the Seton Family Board of Trustees and on the Boards of several related Seton Family physician organizations.
Jim chaired of the Texas Hospital Association Quality Indicators and Patient Information Committee, is a former physician trustee for the THA board and former board member for the Texas Alliance for Patient Access.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas.
