Dr. Ed LeBlanc manages the Seton Healthcare Family contracts for Medical Directorships and physician clinical support. He is a Board Certified Family Physician who joined Seton in June 2007.

Previously he served 24 years in the United States Air Force in a variety of roles, including Medical Director for the Department of Defense's TRICARE South region, Medical Center Chief of Internal Medicine Operations, and the Air Force Surgeon General's Deputy Chief of Health Benefits and Policy.

He received Bachelors of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine, a Doctorate of Medicine from Wake Forest University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas, San Antonio. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, California.
