Diana is responsible for Seton's behavioral health inpatient and outpatient programs along with primary care, outreach and chronic disease programs and collaborations outside the traditional acute hospital that help meet the health care needs in Central Texas with a special emphasis on uninsured and underinsured.

Diana is currently responsible for an 80 bed psychiatric facility and three Community Health Centers for the working poor. In addition, she manages numerous community collaborations including insure.a.kid, an outreach program for CHIP and Medicaid enrollment, the disease management and hospital to home transition programs and the network oncology outreach and screening teams.

During her 30 years in health care administration, Diana has focused on community program development and ambulatory/clinic administration.
