Senior Vice President, Legal Services and General CounselTeresa Burroff joined the Seton Healthcare Family in 2007 as general counsel. She provides legal advice and oversight of the legal team associated with the representation of Seton's 11 acute care hospitals and other facilities in Central Texas.

Joe Canales joined Seton in December 2012 as interim vice president for Human Resources and permanently filled the position soon thereafter. He is working on refining a new service model for the Human Resource function and has introduced a number of leader development initiatives, most notably Evidence Based Leadership.

Clay Carsner is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Seton Clinical Enterprise, which currently manages more than 700 physician practices throughout Seton Healthcare Family. In this role, he is responsible for financial management of the enterprise, along with business development and strategy.

As chief operations officer, Tim LaFrey oversees the Hospital, Clinical Enterprise and Insurance Services divisions for Seton Healthcare Family. Before assuming this role in July 2013, he was senior vice president of Seton Ventures and Alliances for two years. His responsibilities included evaluation and development of joint venture opportunities and strategic alliances and oversight of physician management services operations. Tim also chairs the Seton Insurance Services Board and the Seton Health Plan Board.
