AUSTIN, Texas - (Dec. 5, 2011) -The Seton Healthcare Family has formed the Seton Clinical Design and Innovation Center and today named, Steve Conti, MBA, RRT senior director for Clinical Innovation and Population Management.
The Clinical Design and Innovation Center allows Seton clinicians and collaborators to examine population health data, research best practice innovations and evidence-based protocols and develop ways to deliver quality health care efficiently.
Conti, who has been with Seton since 1996, previously has focused on efforts to redesign the care of Central Texans with one or more chronic conditions. He led a team that received the Environmental Protection Agency's 2009 National Leadership Award in asthma management.

Conti has also held board and advisory council appointments with the American Lung Association, Integrated Care Collaboration, Asthma Coalition of Texas, Central Texas Asthma Coalition, Central Texas Diabetes Coalition, Bastrop County Teen Court and Clean Air Force of Central Texas. He is currently the volunteer executive director of the Community Health Coalition of Caldwell County.
