News Seton Healthcare Family to Participate in Regional Disaster Exercise

AUSTIN, Texas - (Nov. 9, 2011) - In an effort to better prepare for an emergency situation that requires regional involvement, Seton hospitals will hold a mock disaster drill, on Thursday, Nov. 10, to test its emergency preparedness, systems and processes.

Seton's Level I/II trauma network will be put to the test when more than 75 "patients" arrive at University Medical Center Brackenridge, Dell Children's Medical Center and Seton Medical Center Williamson. Other Seton hospitals in the network will also be receiving patients.
